Messenger Partnerships

I led an initiative to identify, produce, and art direct partnership content across Messenger’s in-product creative offerings. Collaborating with high-profile partners such as Disney, Netflix, NatGeo, MTV, Universal Pictures, and musical artists like BTS and Post Malone, we launched over 50 AR filters, backgrounds, chat themes, and sticker packs.

My role involved working closely with product, comms, marketing, and BD teams to pinpoint potential partners who would appeal to our target audience. I led the pitch process, showcasing creative concepts to these partners. Once onboard, I directed external studios to bring these ideas to life. Internally, I collaborated with the marketing and communications teams to promote the partnerships, and worked with engineering and product to introduce new features, enhancing their effectiveness within our product.
